Michelle Howell

Meet Michelle, the owner and a cornerstone of our team at Holistic Care Aus.

With many years of dedicated experience in behaviour support and a background as a registered nurse, Michelle brings a deep understanding of behavioral science and a passion for improving the lives of our participants. Her dual expertise allows her to offer compassionate care and effective guidance, tailoring strategies that empower individuals through personalised and evidence-based interventions.

Michelle is committed to understanding each participant’s unique needs, fostering positive behavioural changes, and leading our team in providing exceptional holistic care.

Diana:

  • Diana is an esteemed member of our team at Holistic Care Aus with extensive experience in positive behaviour support. Diana brings a wealth of knowledge gained from her roles as a mentor and supervisor to junior practitioners, where she has nurtured the growth and development of emerging professionals in the field. With a background as a clinical counselor and a tenure in government sectors such as DCJ (Department of Communities and Justice), Diana possesses a deep understanding of behavioral dynamics and effective intervention strategies. Her experience in these diverse settings has equipped her with a holistic approach to supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Diana’s dedication to professional excellence and her compassionate commitment to client care make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that we deliver comprehensive and effective holistic care at every level.

Annelise has worked in the education and disability sector for over 12 years and brings a wealth of teaching and therapy experience to her role as a senior Behaviour Support Practitioner at Holistic Care Aus.

Annelise holds a Bachelor of Education and has completed post graduate studies in both early intervention and Behaviour Support.

Annelise has extensive experience in supporting individuals across the lifespan from children to adults with complex needs in behaviour support and works collaboratively with participants and their support networks to achieve positive and lasting change.

Annelise collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders within a positive behaviour support framework to ensure that individuals with complex  needs receive the tailored, person-centered and strength based services and behaviour support plans required to manage their behaviours and reach their goals.

Annelise’s areas of expertise include adults and children with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological impairments, mental health and dual diagnoses.
